We planned our own miniature version of the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive as we learned the official postal service event had been cancelled for the 2nd year in a row this spring. We desperately needed to restock our pantry, so our members spread the word to their friends and within their neighborhoods . We had a great turnout! We collected approximately 9,000 pounds of food that we will use to serve the needy within our community.
