We recently hosted a “Living with Loss Workshop” led by Dean Miller. It was a fantastic opportunity for our members as well as community members to come and connect over the topics of grief and loss.
Dean Miller is a graduate of Freed Hardeman University (1976). He has preached for over 40 years, 33 of which were with the Hartville church of Christ in Hartville, OH. He now works full-time with the Widowhood Workshop Ministry and lives in Villa Rica, GA. Dean is a widower himself so teaches from a place of personal experience.
We offered meals to ensure we had lots of quality time and fellowship together during the workshop. The event was a blessing to those who attended. We are grateful for Dean Miller and his work in this important, often overlooked, area.
