We recently had a family retreat at Camp Meribah in Centerville, TN. We had two very special guests of honor, Chuck and Natalie Morris. Chuck is our new preacher who will be joining us full time very soon. Many enjoyed spending time with them and getting to know them better.
Those who weren’t able to stay for the whole weekend, came up just for Saturday. The camp had a children’s playground that came in handy for the little ones. There was wonderful singing and devotional time. Our teens led some of the worship. There was lots of game time—volleyball, basketball, cards and nine square. Of course, it wouldn’t be a retreat without s’mores around the campfire. We can’t wait to do it again!
