Our School Supply Drive has grown to serve three local elementary schools with 25 supply-filled backpacks, gift cards and more. The Young Adult group organizes the drive and purchases the backpacks then they are passed out during service to church members who fill them and return them. The backpacks are delivered to the schools the first week of school, and we never get tired of seeing the smiles on the faces of the front office staff upon delivery. The best part is that we always have more volunteers than empty backpacks to fill.
